New Thursday night our hot water stopped the next morning I called they had a plumber at my house on time. James was very knowledgeable and friendly he diagnosed the problem, gave me options we took replacement of the hot water heater the old was 25 years old in a matter of hours which included him driving back to Joplin to get what he needed we had hot water again.
